

Vincent L. Cesareo, 84, passed away July 22, 2013 at his home in Lakewood. Mr. Cesareo was born in Englewood, NJ, moving to Dumont and later to Washington Township for 34 years where had a home built and he raised his family and finally retiring to Lakewood for the past 17 years. Vincent worked for the Thomas J. Lipton Company for many years as a supervisor in the shipping and distribution center. He was a coach for his daughters’ softball teams. Mr. Cesareo was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Vincent enjoyed vacationing especially to his parents’ vacation home on Barneget Bay in Toms River and later to Long Beach Island with his family. He enjoyed playing golf in his retirement. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and will be greatly missed by all. Mr. Cesareo is predeceased by his grandson Michael Vincent Kasian. Vincent is survived by his wife Veronica, four daughters, Laura Kasian and her husband Michael, Christina Cesareo, Julie-Ann Cesareo and her husband Timothy Dense, and Noreen Carlascio and her husband Ken, nine grandchildren, Nicole and her husband Dan Caruso, Kevin, Alya, Emma, Nora, Eden, Melissa, Nicholas, Zachary, two sisters, Elizabeth ”Betty” Pimentel and Noreen “Penny” DeGregory and her husband Nick, brother, Stephen Cesareo and his wife Adele and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 10:30AM at the St. Mary of the Lake Church in Lakewood. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Vincent’s memory to the Cancer Institute of New Jersey 195 Little Albany St. New Brunswick, NJ.
