Yvonne Lombard, 85, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. Mrs. Lombard was born in Manchester, England where she married Frederick E. Lombard on December 1, 1945 while he was serving as a Lieutenant for the United States Military during World War II. She then moved to America where she was later naturalized as a US citizen. Yvonne finally settled in Lakewood for the past 15 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by all.
Pre-Deceased: Mrs. Lombard is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Frederick in 2006.
Survivors: Yvonne is survived by her one daughter Susan Hoyt and her husband William of Virginia, two sons, Paul Lombard of New Jersey, and Chris Lombard and his wife Mary of North Carolina, seven grandchildren, and one great grandson.
Services: Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at3PM at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Bayhead. Cremation will be private.
