The blessed life of Clement Wendell Hubbard Clement Wendell Hubbard was born October 23, 1964 to the parentage of Neal C. Hubbard Sr. and Rosa Lee Hubbard in Galveston, Texas. He was educated in the public schools of La Marque, Texas and attended LaMarque High School - Class of 1984. Clement loved his family and was loved dearly by them. Even as his health was failing, he never complained, he fought until the very end. On June 3, 2015, Clement Wendell Hubbard departed this life in West Texas City at Mainland Medical Center. Clement is preceded in death by his father, Neal C. Hubbard, Sr. and his brother, Neal C. Hubbard Jr. Survivors are his loving and devoted mother, Rosa Lee Hubbard of Texas City; sister, Joella Douglas Hypolite and niece, Brianna Nicole Hypolite of Dickinson; and a host of family members and friends.
