

On June 14, 1936, a baby boy was born to Henry and Augusta Isaac. Curtis Isaac, Sr. was the oldest of the seven children. He accepted God at an early age in life. On March 29, 1959, Curtis and Lenora Johnson were united in marriage. To this union four children were born. Curtis worked for the Welch Bros. for many years. He also worked for the City of Texas City as a heavy equipment operator for 38 years. He was known also for working with scrap metal. He often attended to his cattle and horses. Curtis was a God fearing man, who touched the lives of many people in a special way. He always was willing to offer a helping hand. He made it a point to always be kind and courteous to everyone he came in contact with. He believed in treating others the way he wanted to be treated wearing a smile. He shared his wisdom and knowledge God had given him to whoever he came in contact with. Curtis was preceeded in death by: his father and mother (Henry and Augusta Isaac) his brothers Earl, Marshal and Horace Isaac and his daughter (Gwendolyn Isaac). Curtis leaves in God's hands to take care of his loving and devoted wife Lenora Isaac; one daughter, Linda Isaac; two sons, Curtis Isaac, Jr. (Malia); and Steven Isaac all of Texas City, Tx. Three grandsons, Roderick Isaac of Texas City, Tx; Fabian Oliver-Isaac (Nicole) of Pearland, Texas and Deon Isaac of Texas City, Tx; One brother, Rev. Carl E. Isaac (Jerline) of Houston, Tx; Two sisters, Glories Johnson and Johnnie Scott (Valree) both of Huntsville, Tx.; Three sisters-in-law: Eddie Ray of Huntsville, Tx; Barbara J. Tubbs and Billie Isaac both of Texas City, Tx; Brothers-in-law, Cal Johnson and Eugene Johnson of Huntsville, Tx. Jack Johnson (Yvonne) of Bryan, Tx and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
