LouDell Herndon Henderson

Mrs. LouDell Herndon-Henderson was born March 26, 1940 in Huntsville Texas to the union of Fred and Willie Mae Boone Herndon. She attended public school in Huntsville and LaMarque, graduating from Lincoln High School class of 1959. She united with the church at an early age. She united with Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate of Pastor D.N. Benford Sr. Mrs. Henderson worked as a cook in several establishments in Webster and Dickinson. She worked as a cook until her health failed. She departed this earthly life on Tuesday May 3, 2016 following a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, a special friend Clarence Brown, and all her siblings. Sisters: Dorothy Solomon and Mary Herndon. Brothers: Fred, Joe and Christopher Herndon. Grandson: Andrew Henderson III She leaves to cherish her love and devotion in the hearts of her loving children, Andrew Henderson Jr., Dennis(Nikki) Henderson, and a very devoted daughter Jacqueline (Renee) Henderson all of Texas City. Cousin: Barbara Jean Hunter. Grandchildren: Angela Carraway(Keri), Andrea Henderson, Anthony Henderson, Dennis Henderson Jr., LaDarrian Ellis, Denise Henderson, Krystal Jones, Daunte Henderson. Great Grandchildren: Aniayah , Deshawn, Kieleena, Kamryn, Damarion, James. Devoted Family members: Ken Lockett, LaQuita Rhone, Gloria Solomon, Denean Herndon, Herman Solomon, Rev. Richard Solomon and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.
