Napoleon Johnson Jr.

Napoleon Johnson Jr. was born March 7, 1941 in Alexandria, LA to Napoleon Sr. and Pinkie Johnson. He accepted Christ at an early age. He matriculated through the Alexandria School system and graduated from Peabody Magnet School in 1959. Shortly after, he met and married Olla Mary Washington of Marksville, LA. To this union four children were born. He spent his life as a devoted husband and father. Eventually, they relocated to LaMarque, TX. He worked for Central Freight lines for 22 years and Enterprise for 21 years as a truck driver. He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching football. On December 27, 2012, the Lord called him home. Napoleon Jr. is preceded in death by his parents, Napoleon Sr. and Pinkie Johnson, one brother Robert Johnson and one sister Ruby Green. He leaves to cherish to his memories his devoted wife of 49 years Olla Mary Johnson of LaMarque, four children : Darrell (Jo Lynn), Freda, Farrell (Kimberly) of Houston and Pamela of LaMarque. Five grandchildren: Darrshawnda, Quentin, Maurice, Darrell Jr and Jeremiah and two great grandchildren: Zoey and Alijah. His siblings: Herman Johnson Sr., Shirley McCall (Willard), Isabell Gaines, and Bobby Johnson all of Alexandria, LA and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
