Fairy R Milbaugh

Fairy Ruth Cooper Milbaugh passed peacefully at home per her wishes with love surrounding her on Thursday October 12, 2023. She was born April 25, 1940 in Fairmont WV and moved to Lancaster, Ohio in 1948. Fairy Loved her family, bluegrass & gospel music, sewing quilting, and enjoying life.

She is survived by children and their families: Cyndi & Mark Squires, Benjamin & Annamarie Squires, Penelope Grace Squires, Abbi Nichole & Stephen Howson, Tom & Susie Milbaugh, Tad Milbaugh, Elias Milbaugh, Jeremy & Carly Milbaugh & family, Megan & Colin Brown, Madison & Abigail Brown, Chelsea Milbaugh, Tim & Sharon Milbaugh, Justin Shonk & extended Family, Ted & Phylis Milbaugh, Tawnya & Kris Lehnen, Knox & Kace Lehnen, Alex & Dyamond Milbaugh, Corben, Arden & Greyson Milbaugh, Alexis Milbaugh, special sister Susan Moffatt, special sister-in-law Trish Milbaugh, niece Kira Hertzfeld, brother Alan Yantes, sister Diana Yantes, many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Fairy was preceded in death her husband Carl Thomas “Tom” Milbaugh, parents Mary Elizabeth & Kenny Yantes, brothers Marvin, Gary, Dick, sisters Lori Belle & Bertie and granddaughter Dawn Marie Milbaugh Reedy. God brings people into our lives for a reason, the love and gratitude for Sue, Barbie Sorg, Naomi, Amber, Jen. T, Kathy Bowsher, and Laura is unmeasurable. Thank you.

Friends may visit 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, October 15, 2023 and 12:30 to 1:30 pm Monday at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service will follow at 1:30 pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Forest Rose Cemetery, Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the FAIRHOPE Hospice & Palliative Care, 282 Sells Rd, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 in Fairy’s memory.
