Jeffrey Allen Jackson Jr., 50 of Lancaster passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Fairfield Medical Center. Jay was born on January 11, 1975 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Jeff and Joyce Jackson. He loved to fish and watch sports, especially the Cleveland Browns and Guardians.
He is survived by his children, Jordan Jackson, Brianna (Johnathen) Cordle, and Noah Jackson; granddaughter, Gracelyn Jackson; siblings, Brooke Patterson, Bill Jackson, and Samantha (John) Lavender; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Jay’s Life will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME from 2PM-4PM.
