

Jeff married his best friend and the love of his life, Robin, on March 30, 1985. Together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories.
He was a devoted father to Tarah (Chris) Lytle, Seth Parker, and the late Jay Parker. Jeff was an amazing and involved Poppy to Eliana, Adalyn, Skylar, and Greyson, who brought him endless joy and pride.
Anyone who met Jeff loved him. He was known for his quick wit, wonderful sense of humor, and adventurous spirit. He had a way of making people laugh, feel welcome, and enjoy the moment. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Robin; his children, Tarah (Chris) Lytle and Seth Parker; his cherished grandchildren, Eliana, Adalyn, Skylar, and Greyson; his siblings, S. Mark (Hope) Parker and Joelle (Rick) Gardner; his nephews, Ryan (Katelynn) Gardner and Grant Gardner; and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jay Parker; his parents, Steve and Judy Parker; and his in-laws, Robert and Sharon Kay.
Visitation will be held at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and again on Saturday , April 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home, with Rob Kay, his brother-in-law and friend, and Bill Henderson, his longtime friend, officiating.
Jeff’s legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to God and his family will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
