

Kenneth Edward McCall, 67, of Lancaster was called home to the Lord Friday April 16, 2010 at Fairfield Medical Center following an extended illness.
He was born April 4, 1943 in Lancaster to Donald and Frances (Beckley) McCall. Kenny was a graduate of the Lancaster High Class of 1961 and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Kenny was retired from East Ohio Machinery in Newark and worked for Arcair Company for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and spending time with his friends and family. Kenny was a very proud and devoted grandpa.
Ken was a member of AMVETS Post 1985, American Legion Post 11 and the Moose Lodge 955 of Lancaster.
Survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sue (Frear) McCall, children; Mark (Lisa) McCall, Molly (Nathan) Hale, grandchildren; Isak Holt, Allen McCall & Allison Hale, sisters; Linda (Doug) Suttles, Janice Starner, sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Larry Martin, best friends Bill and Sue Tolliver, many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Don and Frances McCall, sister, Jeanette McCall, brother-in-law, Bus Starner and mother and father-in-law, Harry and Bea Frear.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, 1:00 P.M. at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Birk officiating. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memory Gardens where the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail will conduct graveside rites. Friends may call 3-8 P.M. Monday and 1 hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Kenny deeply touched our lives and the lives of all who know him and he will be greatly missed!!! He was a fighter to the end and now may he rest in peace.
