Mildred Joy (Adams) Dawson, 87,of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home September 27th, 2012 in Columbus. She was a longtime resident of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev Frank Dawson. Together, she and Frank founded the Covenant Christian Church. Milly is survived by her children Dave and Nancy Dawson, Tacee and Mark Puttick, Mike and Laurel Dawson, Jed and Judi Dawson, Jon and Tammy Dawson, and Matt and Lisa Dawson. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The family would like to invite friends to a celebration of Milly's life on Sunday, October 21st at Covenant Christian Church 5550 Lancaster-Newark Rd at 2:00pm.
