She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Anderson and her aunts; Betty Ruffner, and Toni Tracey.
Misti is survived by her father, Bob (Edith) Maynard, brothers; Aaron (Carletta) Maynard, and Brandon Beavers; husband, Mike Tkaczuk, daughter, Sophia; sons, Chase, Aiden, and Gabriel; niece, Breanna Woody, nephews; Brandon Woody and Zerrick Maynard, along with many cousins, aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday January 17th, 2016 at 2 P.M. at the City of Life Church, 201 South Broad Street, Lancaster, OH 43130. Dignity cremation has taken place by Halteman-Fett & Dyer.
