

Toby was born September 23, 1968 to Elizabeth Price and the late John Bullock Jr. He spent many years being a truck driver, until he became disabled. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing & camping with family and friends. Proudly served in the US Army. He was a long time member of the Hocking County Fish & Game and Masonic Lodge, Hunters Education Instructor for the state of Ohio, coonhunter, previous umpiring chief for Lancaster Park and Rec, he coached youth baseball, softball, basketball, mens softball, Bloom Carroll and Fairfield Union football, he umpired many youth, high school and adult league softball and basketball games. He was a sports radio broadcaster. He was a long time member of Pleasant Chapel Church of God, where he served as a youth minister for many years. He was a frequent visitor of Good Shepherd Church, former member of Three Nails and CMA motorcycle clubs. He played Santa for many families and organizations in the community.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kathy; children: John Michael (Tiffany), Haley (Shane), Hunter and Faith; papaw to Logan, Joseph, Kalan, Addison and the expected baby of Haley. Brothers, Will (Joann), Scott (Wendy), Harvey, Rick (Lori) Price; sisters, Bev (Greg) Kalb, Cindy (Dave) Woolard and Faith Sharrif; along with many nieces, nephews and great friends. Toby was preceded in death by grandparents, John & Mary Bullock, Howard & Ruby Greenlee; best friend/uncle, Timothy Greenlee; inlaws, John & Ruth Azbell; step father, Richard Price; and longtime father figure, Michael Dexter.
Anyone who knew Toby, knew he loved to mentor and support youth clear through adulthood, especially his beloved Bulldogs. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kingman Hospital in Arizona for all the support and assistance they provided in his final days.
Family will receive friends Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 2 pm to 8 pm at Pleasant Chapel Church of God, as well as one hour prior to the service. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 18, 2021 at Pleasant Chapel Church of God at 11am.
