on April 18, 1945 in New Straitsville, Ohio. Wayne served in the US Air Force for 20 years, was a member of Presbyterian Church in Logan, Ohio and worked as a Locksmith in Lancaster for 20 years. Wayne is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharon Kay Bishop Vincent, brothers, Frank Vincent and James (Leslie) Vincent, nieces and nephews including, nephew, Mike (Darla) Matheny and son, Shawn; nephew, Brian (Lisa Ann) Bishop; sister-in-law, Sandra Sue Bishop, brothers-in-law, Robert W Bishop and Garry Lee Bishop. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday March 23, 2023 at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Mike Matheny officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio. Visitation will be held Thursday 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
