With my heart and soul broken into pieces as it is so sudden. I am missing all the caring, love and so much more that it is too long to list. We've had our ups and downs, and in the end we have forgiven each other.

It is hard for me to take, but with the Lord's blessings, you did not suffer.

My dear "Mahal", it is okay as I have to be strong and positive to support our family, as this is what you would want me to do.

Dear Lola, Dear Mom, Dear Wife, It's all been so sudden, losing you from our lives.

This poem is to salute you and the impact you made, we remember your fondness of crystals like Jade.

It has felt so surreal, knowing you will never cook us another Michelin meal. You helped build our family's foundation. Your legacy will live on as we build in another nation.

We hoped you could be here to see it, but it wasn't in God's Plan. Don't worry Mom, we've got Dad.

Mama, we just want you to know.

Loving you is like food to our soul.
