Very sorry to hear of Bonnys passing. I grew up on Boyne street, we were neighbors to the Brandt family.  I can still picture him in my mind as he marched up the street in his Sea cadet uniform, I well remember parties at his and Stan Reston's apartment in New Westminster.
In 1963 during the fisherman's strike  Bonny and I rigged the B. Louise for trolling and tried our hand at hooking salmon rather than strangling them trollers were allowed to fish while gilnetters were not. I last spoke with Bonny in the1990s when he managed the camp at Annieville.  My condolences to Dianne and your family.

Bonnie was our beloved neighbour  on 56th Ave in Surrey. He was a great and kind friend, always willing to offer a helping hand, always sharing jokes and stories. Eric looked forward to "Barney's" smoked salmon every Christmas.  Bonnie swore him to secrecy, after Eric saw him up cleaning his roof. He said Diane had warned him not to get up there. Bonnie, I still use the cedar stakes you made to hold up the tomato plants.
Deepest condolences to all the Brandt family. May his memory be a blessing.
