Frances May Omelaniec

Born in Foam Lake, Saskatchewan, October 7th, 1937, Frances was of strong prairie stock and was truly the Omelaniec family matriarch. She is sadly missed by her four sons, Michael, Mark (Sherry), Kevin (Julie) and Jason (Mumtaz) after having been predeceased by her husband of 47 years Mike, in 2003.

Frances had a special relationship with her seven grandchildren, Clinton, Max, Alexandra (Jacob), Drew (Danica), Marlee, Jackson, and Mikhail spending time with them at “Dinner with Grandma”.

Frances is survived by her brother Gerald (Gay), predeceased by sisters Joan (Jim), Shirley (Al) and Margaret (Al). She is survived by nieces and nephews, Shelly (Tam), Chris, Tracey, Erin (Tori), Brendan, Curtis, Ardis and Heather.

Special recognition to her loving caregivers who were there for Frances everyday, Liberty and Myrna, they are considered part of the family by all who know them.

She thoroughly enjoyed her the time spent with the members of the “Breakfast Club” and appreciated their friendship, we are thankful for their support.

Frances will be buried and remembered with a private ceremony and memorial, we appreciate all the kind thoughts and prayers received by the family.
