Just did a search and found this.  So very sorry.  My first memories are of living next door to you guys.  Very happy times.  You welcomed me into your home as like it was my own.  Miss you to this day.

For many years we met up with Pete and Lily at our "home away from home" in Rincon de
Guaybitos, Mexico and it was always so nice to see them and their friends and family
at the Estancia San Carlos.

We have missed them the past few years and our hearts went out to their family when
we were told that Pete had died suddenly at home.

May God Bless You All and know that we will remember Pete with his beautiful smile.

I miss you Tons Dad. We played a list of songs he had hand written down on some paper It was played  during his reception but you could only hear it in the restrooms. Yes I rocked out by myself many times that day Hug U Forever ♡

I will never forget the good times and laughter shared in Mexico. Always there to make us laugh and smile. The thing I remember most that infectious smile.  It was impossible to resist. I have missed having Pete and Lily as part of the second floor gang for the last several years. Lily if you feel like coming down your Mexico family would love to have you.

Dear Lil and family

We were so sad to hear about your great loss of Pete.  We have important and lasting memories of how he and you came into our lives and changed things for the better.  We have enjoyed fabulous meals with you and many laughs too.  Please take care of your self and family and we hope to meet up with you some time in the future.  

If you are ever feeling like taking a drive please think of us here in Ocean Park.  Roger and I now live in a new house on the bank where Bill and Vera's house once stood and you would be welcomed.  This land holds fond memories of one of the earliest visits of Pete and Pat with Sandra and I have a strong vision of them all walking the property with exactly the same gait.  It was so obvious they were related.   love to all Patti and Roger

I was sad to hear of Pete's passing  and extend my condolences to the entire family.   I remember the one thing you could always count on from Pete is he could make you smile.  Whether singing a song, taking care of Lil and the kids, or chatting with friends and cousins at our family gatherings, Pete just made everything seem a little better.   We will all miss him dearly.  God bless and peace to you my dear cousin and I'm sure you will be singing in that rock n'roll band in heaven.  

Greg and I are very saddened y the passing of Pete.
So many fond me memories of all of you  with Auntie Dot abd Uncle Ted.
God bless you Pete you were a wonderful person and will be missed by many. Will be in our thoughts and hearts alway.

If ever there was a perfect neighbor, Pete would be very close.   He had an incredible smile, and with a twinkle in his eyes he would ask how things were going.  He cared deeply for our whole family from Mom (great grandma) to the great grand children.  He had a heart as big as Texas.  Pete shared many over the fence secrets for growing vegetables.   And his salmon, wow !    Bob and I have been fortunate to have had the pleasure of being Neighbors.     Pete you will be missed by all of the Lachance family.

Pete, what can I say, you were and always will be my other brother. So many memories at the Granville house with you, Lil, John, Cam  and the kids!!!  I miss the crazy fun days and your singing, your laugh  and Lil’s teriyaki wings. My heart is with you and Lil, Clayton, Curtis, Clark and John! I am so sorry to hear this news. Smokey Pete you will always have a special place in my heart.. Xoxo

He brought such joy to our family.  I remember both he and Pat singing at  our wedding shower Aunt Dot and Uncle Ted put on for Kathy and I...Thoughts and prayers to the family.
