It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra Sagert who was born January 28th in Langley, BC. After a lengthy battle with cancer, Sandra passed away peacefully in Abbotsford Regional Hospital (Palliative unit) on September 12th, 2022. Sandra is survived by her loving husband & best friend of 37 years Morley; her two sons Ryan and Kyle; her Nephew Drew (Ashleen & their children Harriet and Rhys); Niece Lauren (AJ); Aunt Rose & Uncle Len; Aunt Laura & Uncle John.
Sandra loved everything outdoors cycling: kayaking, hiking, traveling. She also loved food, was always fond of trying new restaurants, and was a fantastic cook; her family dinners will be forever missed. She was the kindest, most generous person, who was always willing to help out and who maintained a most positive outlook on life, even in the face of great struggle.
We will forever miss her loving, generous, and resilient spirit.
A celebration of her life will be held on October 1st, 2022 beginning at 11:00 at 23137 96th ave. Fort Langley BC., Township of Langley Firehall 2.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the BC Breast Cancer Society in her name.
