It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Shirley Locke (Rapp), on Saturday, March 14, 2026, just two weeks shy of her 88th birthday.
She is survived by her husband Gerald Rapp, daughters Kim and Kerry (Steve), her daughter-in-law Kate, her 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband Robert, and her sons Carl and Neil.
