Wallace Thomas Powell was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 19, 1958. Wally passed away peacefully after a brief illness, in Langley, B.C. on January 24, 2016 at the age of 57. Wally grew up in Winnipeg and moved to Langley, BC, over 30 years ago. He is survived by his mother Clara Powell, brother Ken Powell, and sisters Patty Alfonso and Clare Harris, and numerous nieces and nephews, all located in Manitoba, as well as his many friends in Langley.
He was predeceased by his father Wally in 2010 and his nephew Kenny Powell in 1993.
His friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Henderson's Langley Funeral Home, 20786 Fraser Highway at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 2, 2016.
