He was predeceased by his brother Lucus Poulin and by his niece Alyssa McKenzie Poulin.
He leaves behind his parents Glen and Cathe Poulin.
He was a gifted student. After graduating from Yorkton Regional High School, he went on to get a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Regina, a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University and a Master of Film Studies from the University of British Columbia.
Brock was an intelligent, creative, caring person who struggled with personal demons through most of his adult life. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
