

Bishara (Moussa) Gedeon was a caring and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He was born in Palestine on June 5, 1942, and passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 83.
He is survived by his five children and their spouses: Edward and Rose Gedeon, Raymond and Patricia Gedeon, Rene Gedeon, Nassim Gedeon, and Marlene and Auni Khleif, along with his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bishara was preceded in death by his wife, Floren and parents, Moussa and Zahia Gedeon.
A wonderful man who loved his family more than anything, Bishara lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed working out, going to the casino, attending large gatherings, and warmly welcoming everyone into his home with open arms. As the family patriarch, he was a source of strength, love, and unity, and he cherished every moment spent with his family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 5, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Gorsline Runciman Tiffany Chapel, 3232 West Saginaw Street, Lansing, MI 48917.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 6, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Melkite Catholic Church, 725 W. Mt. Hope Ave., Lansing, MI 48910. Following the service, Bishara will be laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery, 2520 W. Willow St., Lansing, MI 48917.
