Age 54, our loving husband, brother, and uncle passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2017. Born August 1, 1962 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Bobby was a driver for the last 27 years with Phillips Pet Foods and Supplies, where he was awarded the 2016 Excellence Award as an exemplary employee. He liked spending time working on his cars, and attending car shows, and showing his award winning cars. He loved his pets. He was a former member of the Corvette Club.

Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Francie Zea-Davidson; sister, Elizabeth (Russell) Kortman; brother, Michael Davidson; mother-in-law, Frances Zea; 3 sisters-in-law, Pattie Zea, Tina (Kevin) Beachnau; and Amy (Ben) Behnke; brother-in-law, Vince (Sherree) Zea; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, special friends, and his pets Axel and Haley. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby E. and Bernice Davidson; father-in-law, Vince Zea.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 10:30 A.M. Saturday, April 8, at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 4437 W. Willow, Lansing with Fr. John P. Klein presiding. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Saturday at church.
