I remember Brandon's warmth even as a little guy not visiting his favorite place and his love for sports. But most of all, Brandon's smile that lit up the room and a doctor's day, too. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Brandon was such a wonderful person and John and Nick have such great memories of playing and coaching basketball with Brandon and Steve. We ran into Brandon just a few weeks ago at Planet Fitness and it was so good to see him again and
as usual he had that big smile on his face. We cannot begin to know what you are going through but please know you are in our hearts.

Brandon was such a great friend and my prayers are with the family. I remember in elementary school we use to race and have hoola hoop contests. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Shirley and family, I'm sending prays and my love your way. I never met Brandon but I remember all the stories you would share Shirley and my heart breaks for you guys. Shirley, I am so sorry for what you and your family is going through right now. My heart aches for all of you. Through various posts and the article, I can tell that Brandon was an exceptional young man and you and Steve did an awesome job raising him. I cannot even imagine what you are going through, just know that I will always be there no matter what the hour. To be absent from the the body is to be present with the Lord, Brandon is in the best hands. Even though this does not ease the pain, just know that God has him now, and He is also with you and your family. Just hold on to His hand. Me and my family love you much.

He was so excited about his accomplishment. I remember being so excited to become a mother just to experience the small things together like that. You all were so happy. I can't say that I understand, but I will say that your lost was felt here in Detroit. From all I've read, Brandon was a wonderful man. He was loved by many. Through the years, we've shared both cheers and tears. Know we are sharing this passing.
