Cece was born December 4, 1982 in Lansing, the daughter of Gerald Wayne Schwanke and Tonia Elaine Schwanke-Chippewa, passed away on October 4, 2012 at the age of 29. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Verna Collins and Millie Schwanke; uncle, David Chippewa; and aunts, Marla Collins and Linda Gould. Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving parents; son, Jordan Wayne Garcia; brother, Gerald Adam Schwanke; sister, Shawna Kay Chippewa; god-parents, Donald and DeAnn Chippewa; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Cece will be remembered as a high spirited, fun loving and generous woman who loved spending time with her family. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 7th, at 1:00 P.M. , with Visitation two hours prior from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes.
