He was a GM retiree and a former member of UAW Local 652.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Marie (Harshey) Wilson and brother, Sandy Wilson.
He is survived by his sister, Diane (Michael) Bauer, Nieces Shannon and Brandi Bauer, great niece Aaliyah and great nephew Aiden.
Private services have been held.
