David Danieli

David J. Danieli Lansing Age 84, our loving dad and grandfather passed away April 20, 2011. Born the second son of Antonio and Maria Danieli on August 7, 1926 in Lansing. David was a graduate of the 1944 class of St. Mary High School. He was an employee of Capital Wholesale Distributing Co. for 35 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the member of St. Mary Cathedral, and the Catholic War Veterans Post #1654. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna and his brother, Louis. Surviving are his two sons Thomas J. (Shelly) Danieli, and Mark J. (Maria) Danieli; three grandchildren, Alyssa, Ryan, and Elijah; brothers-in-Law, Claude (Alda) Salisbury and many nieces and nephews, including especially Bruce & Pat Fetts and Leon & Angie Gottschalk. Visitation is from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Tuesday with a 7:30 P.M. Vigil service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 27, at St. Mary Cathedral, 219 Seymour, Lansing with Fr. William Frigo presiding. Rite of committal St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
