Frances is survived by her 4 sons, Terry (Ginny) Niblock, Ronald (Sharie) Niblock, Michael (Marilyn) Niblock, and William Niblock; 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 1999; her parents; and several other family members.
Visitation will be held at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, located at 900 East Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912, on January 22, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will take the Gorsline Runciman Lansing Chapel on January 23, 2026, at 10:00 am. The committal service will follow at DeepDale Memorial Gardens, 4108 Old Lansing Rd, Lansing, MI 48917.
