Frances Evelyn Van Kuiken

She is survived by her son Gary Van Kuiken, her daughter Mrs. Barbara (Jefferey) Mann, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband Ralph of 40 years, who was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force.
