Gary Raymond Reed

Gary was born on November 15th, 1945 in Albion, MI to Charles and Rhua Reed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Rhua; and brother Chuck. He is survived by his loving wife Sandy Reed; his children James Reed, Emilie Vaclaw (Russell), Joseph Reed (Julie), Benjamin Reed (Bridget), Joshua Reed (Karie), and Thomas Reed; and his siblings Gayle Down (Mike), and Renee Kramer (Dan), and Rodney Reed (Bonnie). Gary enjoyed teaching and spending time with all of his beautiful 21 grandchildren: 8 cute girls and 13 handsome young men.

Gary was a true renaissance man with far too many interests, jobs, hobbies, titles, missions, and passions to list. The thing he truly loved most in this world was his Sandy Sue.

Gary was a faithful and devoted father and husband. Sandy and Gary were happily married for 55 years. He was well loved and he loved well. Gary dedicated his life to be a disciple of Christ. He served in numerous capacities in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he was a lifelong missionary and served for years.
