Gloria A. Segueda, born December 26, 1965 in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, the daughter of Luis and Gloria (Vasquez) Segueda, passed away October 16, 2013 at the age of 47 after a heroic battle with cancer. She is now at peace. Gloria was known for her love of softball and her life was filled with a loving family and tons of incredible friends. If you ever met Gloria, you instantly fell in love with her smile and infectious laughter. Our lives have been made richer just by having known such a beautiful person. She will live on through our precious memories of her. She was preceded in death by her father, Luis. Surviving to cherish her memory are her mother, Gloria Vasquez; sisters, Maria, Suzanna, and Norma Segueda; brother, Luis R. Segueda; nieces, Savannah and Alyssia Segueda; and of course her dog, Salt. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Saint Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, 102 W. Randolph, Lansing, Michigan, 48906. The family will receive friends from 5:00PM – 8:00PM on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, Michigan.
