Our loving father and grandfather passed away unexpectedly March 4, 2014 at age 67. Born May 16, 1946 in Hartford, Michigan the son of Lean and John Kish, Sr. John retired from General Motors with of 33 years of service and was a member of U.A.W. local #652. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Korea. He enjoyed owning and working on antique cars.
Surviving are his son, John (Heather) Kish, III; daughter, Lou Ella McComb; 7 grandchildren including Johnny, Noah, and Hannah of Lansing; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, James and Gerald and many other family members and friends. John was preceded in death by his wife, Ella V. Kish in 1989; his parents, and one and one brother.
Visitation is from 12:30 to 2:00 P.M. Friday with Services being at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 7th, in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing with Pastor James Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Military Honors by Morley Oates V.F.W. Post #701.
