Joyce Ann Harper of Lansing, Michigan, born September 7, 1936 to Joseph and Anna (Evenson) Vestal, passed away February 14, 2014. Joyce enjoyed her family, kids, crossword puzzles and watching movies. She had a talent for drawing and was employed by Meijer for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Ted J. Harper, Sr. in 1977; son, James Scott Harper in 1997; brothers, Lyle, Gerald and Claire Vestal; sister, Merle (Elwood) Johnson; and nephew, Lionel Johnson. Surviving to cherish her memory are son, Ted (Stacy) Harper; grandchildren, Amber, Patrick, Ted Harper III; great-grandchildren, Kyla, Adysen and Cadience; niece and nephews, Claire Vestal, Jr., Brenda and Donnie Schmidt.
