Joyce Ann Smith, 80, of Lansing, MI died May 8, 2015. She was born December 21, 1934 in Lansing, to Harold and Lucille (Wiley) Garner. Joyce and her husband, Dale, enjoyed 62 years together. They raised 4 children; 3 daughters and one son. Joyce had many hobbies, but her love for butterflies was unparalleled. She loved to be with her family and enjoyed her grandchildren immensely.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Donna Palmer. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, Dale; daughters, Kathy Cope, Sandra (Tim) Eick, Lorie (Scott) Watters; son, Jerry Smith; her nine grandchildren; her eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard (Jane) Garner.
Services for Joyce will be private.
