Kay Y'Vonne Hill

Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, born February 11, 1937 in Lansing, died Sunday, December 9th, following a lengthy illness, at the age of 75. A 1954 graduate of Lansing Eastern High School, she married Thomas Hill in January of 1957. Kay was employed by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission and Lansing Community College. Following her retirement in 1995, she and her husband of 55 years, Thomas, spent winters in DeBary, FL. Kay was preceded in death by her mother Agnes (Sedell) Eilertson and step-father, Clarence Eilertson. Surviving to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Thomas; children, Randy (Mari) Hill, Christy Hill and David (Karen) Hill; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Hill. The family will celebrate her life at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 12th at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
