Born January 14, 1920 in Weakley County, TN, to Elthus and Maggie (Douglas) Hudson, passed away December 13, 2011 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Mary Jo Browning in 1989; and her beloved husband John in 1992. Surviving are her daughter, Marie (Joe) Green of Lansing; granddaughter, Shelly Brickner of Lansing; great grandchildren, Matthew, JoLynn and Amanda Brickner; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was a charter member of Bethany Baptist Church and was known as the “Pie Lady”. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
