Born December 11, 1952 in Lansing, MI. Mark was a teacher at L.C.C. and he enjoyed Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Janice; mother, Pauline; sister, Patricia.
Surviving are his father, Ronald Herring; brother, Tim (Chris Moline) Herring; dear aunt, Joanne Moubray; special friend, Denise Funtukis; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation is from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday with a 7:00 P.M. Vigil service in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 5, at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 4437 W. Willow, Lansing with Fr. John P. Klein presiding. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Tuesday at church. Rite of committal St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
