Mary Jane Dionise

Age 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 22, 2015. Born on November 3, 1926 in Charlotte, MI. Faithful wife, loving mother of six, lived her life as a devout Catholic Christian and was an inspiration to all. She held a weekly bible study in her home for over 35 years. She was a charter member of St. Gerard Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Theresa Spagnuolo of Charlotte; her husband, Eugene Dionise; son, Steven; siblings, Virginia Spagnuolo, Sam Spagnuolo, and Janet Celentino. She is survived by her son, Nick (Judi); daughter, Lucy (Dennis) Platte; son, Alfred (Tammy); son, Bob (Cathy); son, Jeff (Mary); loving sister, Rosemary Spagnuolo; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, and many dear nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday with a 7:00 P.M. Rosary in the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing. Funeral Liturgy is 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 25, at St. Gerard church, 4437 W. Willow, Lansing with Fr. John Klein presiding. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday at church. Rite of committal St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
