I didn't ever get the opportunity to meet your Mother but I know that she was very special to her family and everyone that new her. I am Estella Brewer's Granddaughter in Arkansas and my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Al & Pat,
It has taken me a little bit to write for my selfish reasons for not wanting her gone and not wanting to believe it is even possible.  She is in a better place and not in any pain.  I know that doesn't make it easier but I know it is comforting to know she is with the love of her life, your dad Al and her heavenly father who loves her more than all of us, (even if we don't want to say it.)  Gerry has been a blessing in my life and I not only will miss a great neighbor but even though we were apart in age she was one of my best friends in this world!  I will cherish all the talks we had about your childhood, her and your dads trips and all the other memories and stories she shared.  I will remember her always and know that I am a better person for knowing her and your whole family that because of her I feel close to.  It takes only a moment to meet someone, a week to a month to decide you like them, but a lifetime to miss them.  I will always love her and she will always hold a special place in my heart forever!!  Love you both and God bless you now and always!

Al, Aunt Gerry was a special lady. We have such great memories of her and my mother...She has a lot of people welcoming her in heaven..and God has another angel.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Al, The kids and I have been so Blessed to have your Mom be such a big part of our lives. Her wisdom and love that she shared with us is not measurable.  The kids and I will always cherish all the love she bestowed on us. She was truely an amazing woman!  We love her so much, and will miss her.   I do smile knowing that she is once again with your dad.  Keeping you in our prayers.

Al, My Aunt Gerry was a bigger than life figure in my childhood. I have lots of laughs and good memories being at her house back when you still lived there. We always enjoyed coming to Lansing and getting to see Aunt Gerry, Uncle Al, and you! God bless and know he is watching over both her and your dad. Love ya!

We are so  glad that Gerry was a member of our family. She was always so loving and appreciative of any thing you did for her.  We will miss her wonderful laugh and her God loving spirit!!  She was truly loved.

There is much to remember and much to be thankful for as we remember June & Gary's Aunt Gerry and the way she shared her life with those around her. We fondly remember her from attending family events,  she always had a kind word for us all and a twinkle in her eye.   Peace and comfort to Gerry and all of her family,

Al, your Mom was a huge part of my life several years back.  I had so much joy in the late night Uno games her and your Dad and I played.  Not to mention the bowling we did.  She blessed the lives of so many people and was very outspoken about what she believed in and how she felt.  She saw Jameson grow up and was a big part of his childhood which he, Dean and I will never forget.  Gerry, may you rest in peace and send down a rainbow from time to time. My Dearest Friend has left us to be in a better place with the loves of her life... Her Lord God & husband, Al.  She has to be so happy to be with her lifes love, Al.  She talked about him a lot.  A love like they had is rare these days.  And I know of no one who didn't love this lady, & she was a lady from the top of her head to the tip of her toes.  We all loved her so much, & because we are selfish individuals we will miss her so much.  I can close my eyes & see her beautiful smile, walking hand in hand with her love, Al.  I love you Gerry & am more than just thankful to have known you all these years.  I know heaven is a more beautiful place with you there. Gerry touched the lives of so many and the memory of her kindness will be ever lasting in the hearts of whom she touched.  I set many hours chatting with her covering just about every thing.  I remember when I first met her, she asked if I had any hobbies, I replied only baking.  Upon that conversation upon which she most recently reminded me, that I've got many hobbies besides baking.
