He is preceeded in death by his sister, Gloria Weir.
Pete is survived by his loving wife, Deborah (Debbie) of 48 years, his brother, Paul (Judy) Baker; children, Adam (Jodi) Baker, Carrie (Jonas) Talbott; grandchildren, Connor, Jack, Reese Talbott, Seth, Aiden Baker, and Dallas Werstein.
Pete served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war. He was known to many as "The telephone Man" to his customers of Pro-Tel and his many friends. He will live on in the memories of those who loved him and those who's lives he touched and influenced for the better. Per his wishes, there will not be a funeral service, instead a celebration of his life will be held from 1-3 at the IBEW Hall 5205 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Lansing MI on June 24, 2017.
