Tam was born on August 16, 1925. Living a full century of life, Tam witnessed generations grow and was a devoted parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent whose family remained the center of everything.
Tam will be lovingly remembered by a large and devoted family. Tam is survived by 10 children, 19 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, whose lives reflect the legacy of love, strength, and dedication that Tam carried throughout life.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 East Michigan Ave., Lansing, Michigan 48912, on March 11 and March 12, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tam will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife, Trinh Thi Ly, at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
