Victor is survived by his children, Vicki Hughes, Charles Spadafore, Christine (Rick) Reese, and Cheryl (Eric) Way; grandchildren, Luke (Cathy) Way, Jake Way, Renee (John) Rosenthal; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley, Alexander Way, Nicole and Rachel Rosenthal.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose; his grandson, Brandon Corn; and his siblings, Louie Spadafore, Rose Felice, Julia Spadafore, Mary Spadafore, and Virginia Spadafore.
Victor was born November 18, 1928 in Lansing, Michigan to parents Carmine and Lucia (Belsito) Spadafore. He graduated from St. Mary's Catholic High School. He worked as a beer truck delivery man for Pabst Blue Ribbon (Spadafore Distributing). Later, he owned and operated South Riley Tavern until retirement.
He married Rose Crapsey and the couple had four children. Victor was a social, active man. He enjoyed bowling throughout his life.
A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 1:30pm at St. Gerard Catholic Church in Lansing, with Father John Klein officiating. Those wishing may arrive at 1pm for a viewing before Mass.
