Ginny was born December 13, 1922 in Perry, MI to Raymond and Philomena (Ruppert) Welch. She was born and raised in Perry, graduated from Perry High School and retired from the City of Lansing. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jeannie Richardson in 2005; her first husband Alexander Wagner in 1964 and second husband Carl Guernsey in 1979; also by three sisters; Lucille Griffith, Marcella Cox and Loretta Ann Yager. She is survived by three children; Richard (Judy) Wagner, Teri (Tim) Cook, Carol (Jon) Colegrove. Son-in-Law; Delbert Richardson. Six grand children; Laurie (Russ) Dalessandro, Kimberly (Dennis) Larner, Gary (Ami) Richardson, Jason (Gretchen) Wagner, Ryan Cook, Kathryn Cook; five great grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Teman; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday May 3, 2012 at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Homes, 900 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the chapel. Contributions in Ginny's name may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, 310 N.
