Age 70, our loving husband, dad, and grandpa passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 11, 2020. Born July 5, 1949 in Pontiac, MI. Bill was a cement contractor with many years of service. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Terri L. Lowry; daughter and son-in-law, Keisha & David Griswold; 6 grandchildren; sister, Sandra Harmon; many other family members and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his son, William “Billy” P. Lowry, II; parents, Hugh C. & Loraine S. Lowry.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be later when family and friends may gather.
