Adelaide Bille, aged 93, of Largo, Florida, peacefully passed away on November 15, 2023, at her home. Born on August 10, 1930, in Teaneck, New Jersey, Adelaide was the cherished daughter of Adelhiet and Abraham Mavus. She graduated from Bogota High School and embarked on a life devoted to service and compassion.
On December 2, 1950, Adelaide entered a loving marriage with Vincent Louis Bille, sharing numerous beautiful years together. Her dedication extended beyond her family, as she dedicated her career to social services within the Pinellas County Government.
Adelaide's legacy lives on through the hearts of her surviving family members: her son, Gary Bille, and daughter, Janet Spatzer; nephews, Robert Talitsch, and Clifford Mavus; niece, Linda Depalma; and her cherished grandson, Jacob Spatzer. Her influence and warmth will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service to honor Adelaide's life will be held at 12:30 pm on December 19th, 2023, at Bay Pines National Cemetery, where family and friends will gather to celebrate her remarkable journey.
