Adelaide Cohen

Cohen, Adelaide T. 91, of Largo, was called home by the Lord on Nov 12, 2011. Born May 2, 1920 in the Bronx, NY the daughter of William Seegers & Margaret Seegers Brandon. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John; sisters, Frances, Margaret & Kathleen and her beloved husband of 52 years, Max in 1997. Adelaide and Max moved to Largo in 1981 and loved living at Harbor Crest. She was a devote Catholic and loved her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She is survived by sons, Richard (Patricia) Cohen, Wappingers Falls, NY, Ronald (Patricia) Cohen, Poughkeepsie, NY and daughter; Judeth (Joseph) Newman, Seminole, FL; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) Hilton, Richard (Katrina) Cohen, Jeanine and Matthew Cohen, Joseph, James and John Newman, Lauren and Danielle Cohen, great grandchildren, Christian, Natalie, Megan, Kayleigh, Jonathan, Kayla and William and several nieces & nephews. Adelaide lived a wonderfully blessed life. Friends and family may call Wednesday, Nov 16th from 3-5pm at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, Largo. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am Thursday, Nov 17th at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Largo. Burial will follow in Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
