

Born on February 16, 1936, in Syracuse, New York, Ann was the daughter of Louis Fike and Mary Braman. She married the love of her life, Elmer Douglas Cole, on October 1, 1960. Together, they built a life full of love, community, and family.
In August 1982, Ann and her family relocated from Liverpool, NY to Seminole, FL, where she continued her role as a devoted homemaker. She was a woman of strong faith and a proud member of St. Jerome’s Catholic Church. Ann also served as the former president of the Ladies Auxiliary at Elks Lodge BPOE #2348 in Liverpool, NY, reflecting her commitment to community and service.
She cherished her family and friends as well as her 2 birds, Sami and Baby.
She is survived by her four loving children: Steven Michael Cole, James Louis Cole, Douglas Edward Cole (wife, Amy), and Wendy Ann Vause. Ann’s legacy lives on through her 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren, each of whom she adored.
To honor Ann’s memory and her favorite color, the family kindly requests that those attending her services wear any shade of purple.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held at St. Jerome Catholic Church, located at 10895 Hamlin Blvd, Largo, FL, 33774, on October 13, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

The committal service will take place at Serenity Funeral Home & Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, located at 13401 Indian Rocks Rd, Largo, FL, 33774, on October 13, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
Please have flowers delivered to Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road Largo, FL not later than Monday October 13th, 2025, by 9:00am. The funeral home is able to receive flowers on Sunday October 12th, 2025, no later than 3pm.
