

Born on June 29, 1949, in Manila, Philippines, Arlinda was the cherished daughter of Po and Chan Yu. She graduated from Immaculate Conception Academy of Manila with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, demonstrating early on the dedication and integrity that would define her personal and professional life.
On November 23, 1969, Arlinda married the love of her life, David L. Queunsing Sr., and together they built a home filled with love, warmth, and enduring companionship. Their bond was unshakable, lasting throughout the decades and until her final days.
Arlinda dedicated many years of service to her community as a deputy clerk for the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to fairness earned the respect of colleagues and citizens alike.
Outside of her career, Arlinda found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. She was an avid reader, a lover of diverse cuisines, and above all, deeply devoted to her family. Her greatest sources of pride and happiness were her husband and her son, whom she adored.
Arlinda is survived by her beloved husband, David L. Queunsing Sr.; her loving son, David C. Queunsing Jr.; and her brother, Eugene Chan, his wife Grace, and a host of other relatives and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
