Danilo Antonio Aguero Tamayo

Danilo was the beloved son of María Concepción Agüero Tamayo and Antonio José Agüero Corrales. He graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in biology. In 1989, he furthered his education by obtaining a master's degree in biology from the University of Nebraska.

With a distinguished career as a biologist and researcher, Danilo dedicated his life to the sciences, nurturing a profound love for nature, physics, chemistry, and mathematics. He began his teaching career around 1976 at El Colegio La Salle, La Colina, in Caracas, Venezuela.

Danilo married the love of his life, Nelly Montero, on November 23, 1963. Together, they shared over 60 years of a life filled with love, adventure, and joy. They traveled through Europe, visiting Spain, France, and Portugal. Danilo cherished the times spent at the family farm, Monte Carmelo, near his birthplace.

Known for his excellent sense of humor and infectious cheer, Danilo was always the life of the party. He brought joy and laughter to every gathering, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Danilo is survived by his devoted wife, Nelly, and his children Danilo Antonio, Nelly, Ernesto Jose, and Marco Tulio. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Carmen Julia, Arturo Jose, Romina Andrea, Paola Andrea, Marco Antonio, Emma Victoria, Isabel, and Samantha Elizabeth, and his great-grandson Daniel Alejandro Hernandez. Additionally, he is survived by his brother Gaudis Agüero and his sister Carmen Amalia Agüero.

A celebration of Danilo's life will be held this Friday, June 14th, at 12 noon at [Location]. A reception will follow the service.

Danilo Agüero, nacido el 20 de enero de 1941 en el pueblo de Sanare, Estado Lara, Venezuela, nos dejó inesperadamente el 7 de junio de 2024.

Danilo era el amado hijo de María Concepción Agüero Tamayo y Antonio José Agüero Corrales. Se graduó de la Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) en 1972 con una licenciatura en biología. En 1989, continuó su educación obteniendo una maestría en biología de la Universidad de Nebraska.

Con una distinguida carrera como biólogo e investigador, Danilo dedicó su vida a las ciencias, cultivando un profundo amor por la naturaleza, la física, la química y las matemáticas. Comenzó su carrera docente alrededor de 1976 en El Colegio La Salle, La Colina, en Caracas, Venezuela.

Danilo se casó con el amor de su vida, Nelly Montero, el 23 de noviembre de 1963. Juntos compartieron más de 60 años de una vida llena de amor, aventura y alegría. Viajaron por Europa, visitando España, Francia y Portugal. Danilo atesoró los momentos pasados en la finca familiar, Monte Carmelo, cerca de su lugar de nacimiento.

Conocido por su excelente sentido del humor y su alegría contagiosa, Danilo siempre fue el alma de la fiesta. Trajo alegría y risas a cada reunión, y su presencia será profundamente extrañada por todos los que tuvieron el placer de conocerlo.

Danilo es sobrevivido por su devota esposa, Nelly, y sus hijos Danilo Antonio, Nelly, Ernesto José y Marco Tulio. También deja atrás a sus queridos nietos, Carmen Julia, Arturo José, Romina Andrea, Paola Andrea, Marco Antonio, Emma Victoria, Isabel y Samantha Elizabeth; y su bisnieto Daniel Alejandro Hernández. Además, le sobreviven su hermano Gaudis Agüero y su hermana Carmen Amalia Agüero.

La celebración de la vida de Danilo se llevará a cabo este viernes, 14 de junio, a las 12 del mediodía en [Lugar]. Una recepción seguirá al servicio.
